The cacao beans used for this product are grown organically in Cameroon. This high-fat powder is rich, smooth and has a wide range of uses. It is less acidic the natural high fat variety. The Dutching process enhances color and also makes it more soluble.
Ingredients: Cacao, <2% Potassium Carbonate (a salt).
Fat content: 20-22%.

- Baking – usually recipes that only asks for Baking Powder (but NO Baking Soda) will require Alkalized Cacao Powder.
